Jacquline is a trailblazer in the Social Service Sector who works from a person-centered, anti-oppressive, strength-based, and anti-racist perspectives. With 15+ years of community involvement, she is an innovator in leading and supporting social change. Her experience includes youth engagement, co-creation and implementation of local economic development plans, and liaising with partners to support safe, healthy and inclusive communities. She has co developed and informed governance structures for resident capacity building projects, organized several grassroots initiatives and co-chaired numerous decision-making tables, including the Lawrence Heights Inter-Organizational Network Safety and Revitalization Tables to name a few.
Currently, Jacquline brings with her expertise within the arenas of Program Development, Organization and Community Engagement, Capacity Building, Justice and Violence Prevention, Conflict Mediation, Equity and sustainability. Jacquline also has a niche in Event Management and planning diverse events. She is well grounded and works from practices rooted in inclusive, diverse and collaborative points of view.
Jacquline has worked successfully across various organizations to lead and support a variety of comprehensive band and high impact outcomes to achieve the desired goals at multi-level and multi-sectoral non-profit and government spaces. Jacquline has created, developed, led as well facilitated conversations, workshops and trainings grounded in her experience and learnings and excels at assisting in professional development, sustainable efforts for individuals, groups, executives and organizations. Jacquline’s community roots allow her to establish and build trust and integrity with participants throughout the process.
